Storage for Exploration Data

   Storing exploration data is the problem of keeping
   findings of reasonable complexity, whose structure
   evolves while the subject is being explored, so that the
   storage demands no attention of its own from the person
   who explores.

Context

1. While exploring a subject, I can record findings without
   having to stop and decide how to store them.
2. While gaining knowledge during exploration, I can add and
   change the structure of the data without having to rework
   what I have already stored.
3. While analyzing information, I can read and edit data
   directly with a text editor without having to use
   interfaces or tools that decide what I may and may not do.


Assumptions
============================================================

1. All data must be stored as plain text to enable editing
   with a text editor and processing with basic tools.
2. The data structure cannot be known in advance, since it
   evolves as the exploration progresses.
3. The whole setup must be local, so that it depends on no
   network service.
